BookMedVenture platform terms

These terms describe the platform workflow. The operating entity should have these terms reviewed and completed for the jurisdictions, supplier contracts and consumer-protection rules that apply before public launch.

Platform role

BookMedVenture coordinates information and travel-care workflows. It can help patients structure a request, identify published provider options, request consultations, compare travel inventory, obtain provider-confirmed pricing and process an approved package payment. It is not a substitute for a licensed treating clinician.

Medical decisions

Only qualified medical professionals can diagnose, recommend or perform treatment. questions from intelligent forms, country matches and provider discovery are informational workflow tools and are not medical advice or a guarantee of outcome.

Provider availability and pricing

Doctor and hospital information is based on currently available published sources and must be independently confirmed. Hospital/procedure pricing is not enabled for final payment until an authorized operator records an actual provider quote/reference. Accommodation and flight prices can change and are refreshed before payment.

Travel inventory

A displayed hotel or flight offer is not the same as a completed supplier booking or issued ticket. Supplier booking/issuance depends on the commercial integrations and fulfilment arrangements enabled by the BookMedVenture operator.

Payments

When full-package payment is enabled, the platform sends the patient to a supported payment provider. Your payment is confirmed after the payment provider verifies the transaction. Refund, cancellation and supplier fulfilment obligations depend on the confirmed package and the operator's published commercial policies.

Patient responsibilities

Patients must provide accurate information, use their own authorized payment method, review provider instructions, obtain required travel documents and visas, and seek urgent local medical care when clinically necessary rather than relying on this platform for emergencies.

Account security

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access through the operator's support channel.

Changes

The operator may update platform features and these terms as services, providers, regulations and commercial arrangements change. A version date is displayed above so material changes can be tracked.
