AFTER YOUR CLINICIAN’S RECOMMENDATION
The provider confirms the proposed care, expected treatment period, location and pricing. Keep questions about the plan with the same journey so your care team can follow up.
The accommodation search uses the planned treatment period plus three nights. Provider updates may change the dates and require refreshed travel options.
Review the departure and return details against the planned stay. Offers can change before ticketing; supplier references appear in your itinerary when recorded by the care team.
Before making commitments, confirm travel documentation, entry requirements and provider instructions through the appropriate official sources and your care team.
REVIEW BEFORE COMMITTING
Your first specialist consultation has no fee.
Review the provider’s proposal, reference, dates and confirmed medical price.
Travel offers depend on the final dates and availability and may need refreshing.
Review the coordination charge alongside the other components in the complete quote.
Payment status and supplier reservation status are separate. Review the itinerary for the actual supplier confirmation references.
Contact the care team and review the updated plan or refreshed travel offer before completing new arrangements.
YOUR INFORMATION, STILL CONNECTED
Your patient workspace brings together reports, messages, appointment updates, treatment plans, invoices and supplier-confirmed arrangements. Save your journey when you are ready for the consultation so you can return to it later.
